About Us

After a long planning, the time has come, we start our journey of life. We, that is Sandra (57),  Gottfried (61) from Switzerland and our SY Moana a Dufour 500GL. In recent years, the Moana has been prepared for the long journey in winter storage and equipped with everything that is necessary and imaginable.

In May 2021 we start from Travemünde heading south. Our adventure takes us along the classic barefoot route, but certainly also with detours to unknown destinations around the world. Discovering distant countries by sailing ship, far away from mass tourism is a beautiful artt to travel. We swing around the world!

We will report in loose episodes about our many beautiful experiences, collected experiences and unimagined challenges. Of course also to let our family, friends and acquaintances participate in our adventures and to stay in touch with everyone.

We are looking forward to our circumnavigation, so finally cast off!
